You can put a lot of time into the arcane areas of a website, but when it comes
right down to it, people want to see pictures.
My primary criteria for selecting images for PoP is that when you see it, you
either really get a good sense of how that cast would look and feel on you, or
that the cast is so wonderfully shaped that it is, in and of itself, a work of
art.
I'd rather see a homely person in a beautiful cast than a great-looking person
in a bad-looking cast. I see good-looking people all day long. But it's a rare
treat to see someone tromping around in a snug-fitting mass of sculpture.
I have organized these image files in as many useful ways as I could think of
(two), because each caster has his own particular interest in casting. The two
selection processes I have come up with are People and Casts. Pick the category
you want, and I'll give you a list of either people wearing casts, or of casts
that people are wearing.
Gallery of Casts
Over 720 pictures on all pages so far
There are a lot more pictures of braced and casted men than there are of
women, so I have split the galleries across gender lines, with sub-categories
within each. The "Newest Pictures" page will include the most
recent additions to either female or male galleries.
